As we build your team, I will stack your team with just the people you need to help you get the right stuff done.
ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN A DAY…AND IT CERTAINLY WASN’T BUILT BY JUST ONE PERSON.
The key to truly being CEO is surrounding yourself with the right support team so that you can focus on solving big problems, developing breakthrough ideas, and managing key relationships in your business.
When you start spending more money on marketing, it’s imperative that you hire or outsource marketing activities to the right people with the right skill sets--and that fit your budget.
Otherwise, you risk wasting money on poorly executed campaigns or spend too much money for the return you receive.
DURING PHASE III, I WILL —
- Define and document the roles and role responsibilities necessary to carry out the marketing plan set in Phase II
- Find and interview qualified resources to fill those roles
- Hire and spend 2 weeks on-boarding new employees, contractors, freelancers, or agencies
